Terms of Service

These Terms cover your use of Cyberussell Academy (academy.cyberussell.com) only. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.

What we offer

Each course is a flat ₱199 one-time purchase (price shown per course), and gives you lifetime access to that course's lessons, one real project submission, a portfolio piece, a resume template, and a proposal template. Optional add-ons are also available:

• Mentor (human) Review — ₱499
• Resume Review — ₱149
• Portfolio Review — ₱149
• Proposal/Application Review — ₱149
• AI Mock Interview — ₱399

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and are responsible for keeping your password secure. Accounts are for individual use — please don't share your login or resell your access to someone else.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayMongo via GCash, Maya, or card, in Philippine Pesos. We don't store your payment details — PayMongo handles that directly.

Refunds

Because a purchase unlocks full digital course content and AI review credits immediately, purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Philippine law. If a technical issue is stopping you from accessing what you paid for, email cyberussellofficial@gmail.com and we'll fix it or make it right.

No guarantee of income or employment

Any income range, "who hires this role," or job-application guidance shown in a course is an illustrative estimate based on typical freelance market rates — not a promise. Whether you land paid work, and how much you earn, depends on your own effort, the quality of your project, and market conditions outside our control. We are not a recruiter or staffing agency and do not guarantee job placement.

AI-generated content

AI feedback and mock interview responses are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) and may occasionally be inaccurate or miss something a human reviewer wouldn't. Use your own judgment, especially before sending work to a real client.

Certificates

A certificate of completion confirms you finished a course's requirements. It is not issued or accredited by DepEd, CHED, TESDA, or any government body.

Intellectual property

Course videos, lessons, worksheets, and templates belong to Cyberussell Academy and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use — not for resale, redistribution, or public posting. You own the project work you create and submit; you grant us a license to store and process it (including sending it to our AI review system) solely to provide you feedback and run the service.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the AI review or mock interview systems (for example, submitting unrelated content just to test limits), attempt to access other users' data, or use the platform for anything illegal or harassing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, without a refund.

Limitation of liability

The Academy is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these Terms

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
