Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers Cyberussell Academy (academy.cyberussell.com) only — our online course platform. It does not cover the main cyberussell.com website or other Cyberussell products, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up, and your phone number or career goal if you choose to provide them. If you sign up with Google or Facebook, we receive the basic profile info those providers share.
• Learning data: your course progress, quiz answers and scores, project submissions (text, links, or files you submit for feedback), AI and mentor review feedback, and mock interview transcripts.
• Payment records: what you purchased, the amount, and the payment status. We never see or store your card number, GCash, or Maya credentials — those are handled entirely by our payment processor, PayMongo.

How we use it

• To create your account, run your enrollments, and track your course progress.
• To generate AI feedback on your submissions and run AI mock interviews — this means the text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI model for processing.
• To process payments and send you receipts and enrollment confirmations by email.
• To respond when you contact us for support.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we use to run the Academy:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes the text you submit for AI feedback and mock interviews.
• PayMongo — processes payments; handles your card/GCash/Maya details directly, never through us.
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails (receipts, enrollment confirmations).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email us at cyberussellofficial@gmail.com to make a request. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Data retention

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case you re-enroll or dispute a charge. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Age

The Academy is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
